Dan's Statement

As September slowly comes to a close and the frosty mornings begin to settle in, Robison is excited to begin its 103rd heating season, servicing the thousands of homeowners who trust our brand for their needs. While we enjoyed quite a busy summer of cooling needs, the fall holds a unique place in our organization, as for me personally.

Fall is when Robison welcomes back its seasonal drivers, who have become family to not only us, but also for our customers who see the same friendly faces periodically throughout the heating season.

This has not only led to numerous positive reviews but also record-setting votes for Robison to be slected as the winner in Westchester Magazine's "Best of Westchester" campaign for Best Energy Company for the fourth year in a row! This is an honor we don’t take lightly as it’s a gesture from those of you who took the time out of your busy day to cast a vote, so a big thank you to all.

We are renewing our commitment to the environment by continuing to deliver the cleanest possible biofuel. Robison’s B20 biofuel blend consists of 80% conventional heating oil and 20% biofuel made from domestically produced feedstocks, such as soybean oil. Not only is using this clean and safe product better for the environment, but it also allows our customers to avail themselves to a $0.20 per gallon tax credit on all B20 biofuel gallons delivered to you on your NYS income tax return.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t remind you to schedule your Annual Tune Ups (ATUs) for your heating equipment as soon as possible as time slots are filling up. You can certainly start utilizing your equipment before our visit, and then our technicians will clean, inspect, and review the operating parts to ensure peak performance.

As a reminder to homeowners looking to replace or upgrade their heating or cooling equipment, our Home Comfort Specialists offer complimentary visits. They can review season-long energy-efficient solutions, such as heat pumps, geothermal systems, or maybe even natural gas conversions. Our specialists can help educate you on a variety of rebates, tax incentives and financing options.

As I enter my 28th season as part of Robison leadership, I am happy to be at your service and sincerely thank you for inviting us to help you and your family stay warm, comfortable and safe in your homes.

Dan Singer
President

Schedule Your Heating Tune Up

With winter right around the corner it's important to make sure your heating system is running smooth and is ready to keep you warm. Regular tune ups and maintenance ensure you get the most longevity and efficiency out of your systems.

Heat Pumps

are a lesser understood system that can both cool and heat your home. The two main types are air-source and ground-source. Air-source pumps transfer heat between indoor and outdoor air, while ground-source pumps, or geothermal systems, transfer heat between indoor air and the ground outside.

Biofuel is the future, Robison is leading the way

B20 Biofuel is a blend of 20% biodiesel, made from renewable resources, and 80% conventional heating oil. New York State encourages the use of Bioheat as part of its broader initiative to reduce carbon emissions and promote renewable resources.

One of the benefits of buying oil from Robison is that we exclusively deliver B20 Biofuel, which makes you eligible for a $0.20 per gallon tax credit. By choosing B20 Biofuel, you're contributing to a significant environmental impact. Robison makes it easy to keep track of your fuel usage, ensuring that filing for the B20 Bioheat tax credit is straightforward.

Every year thousands of people gather for the Support-A-Walk. Support Connection was established with funds raised at the first Walk in 1995. This year, the organization celebrates a milestone event!  For those who cannot make it to the park, you are welcome to show your support by walking in your community.
